Effective Date: February 14, 2026
This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Geeta Venture ("Provider") and the entity executing this Agreement ("Customer").
Provider agrees to provide the services described in the Order Form or Statement of Work.
Customer agrees to pay all fees specified in Order Forms. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable.
"Confidential Information" means all information disclosed by a party ("Disclosing Party") to the other party ("Receiving Party"), whether orally or in writing, that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.
This Agreement commences on the date Customer first accepts it and continues until all subscriptions granted in accordance with this Agreement have expired or been terminated.
